| Bio: | Hi everybody,
My name is Jennifer Di Stefano. I live alone with my cat, Diogenes. In college I majored in Sociology and completed my Masters in Social Psych, studying the trends of adolescent dating based on their social groups. Right now, I'm going through a sort of...transitional period in my life. Losing a finance and a career in the span of 2 months has been tough, but lately it's gotten worse; I find myself feeling anxious or angry or sad or confused for no reason. I've begun seeing a therapist to figure out why I'm feeling and she suggested that I start a public blog to sort of chart my different feelings. If ever I feel those outbursts of anger or sadness, she suggested that I write down what's going on in my head. Or, if I feel particularly happy, I should also share that too. My therapists thinks that social interaction and forming bonds could help me through this tough time. In any case, this is an ongoing project and hopefully, with any luck, I'll be back on track in no time! |
